IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE  APPLICATION SOFTWARE (THE "SOFTWARE"). BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. License Grant
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, Beanit GmbH ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for demonstration and evaluation purposes. This license does not entitle you to any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Software.

2. Restrictions
   You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based upon the Software. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. Ownership
   The Software is licensed, not sold, to you by Licensor. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. No Warranty
   The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Entire Agreement
   This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
